Many of our items are made by us on demand and the item you receive may differ slightly from those pictured, but we do try to keep all products consistent with what is seen online and at in person events. If there is an issue with an order after receiving it in the mail please let us know before reviewing. Damage done in transit should be refunded through your postal service but we will make sure to do our best to fix any product defects or issues with the wrong item being sent. If you are ordering an item with a form fill please make sure to put in the exact product number pictured on the item listing Some of our listings will have the same design but a completely different product number. Example a Ronald 11x17 print may be listed as #4 but the 5x7 version is listed as #46. Stickers are all waterproof but except for the bumper stickers they are not fade proof in the sun.Please keep prints out of direct sunlight to preserve the life of your prints. Also note that we work from home and a stray animal hair may float into your order while we process it no matter what we do to separate the animals from the products.
